Wainfleet All Saints Town Council Meeting
The Monthly Meeting of the Town Council will take place Wednesday 1st April at 18:00 at the Methodist Chapel, St. John Street, Wainfleet All Saints. Councillors are hereby summonsed to attend. There will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to view for the remainder of the meeting, with the exceptions of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed. Times are approximate.
Agenda
1. Reports from county and district councillors
To receive a report from LCC Councillor M.Hume.
To receive a report from ELDC Councillor W. Bowkett.
Members of the public may ask questions of the county and district councillors.
2. Public session
An opportunity for the public to ask the Council questions and to bring new observations.
3. Apologies for absence
To receive and approve apologies for absence.
4. Declarations of interest
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011.
Being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on the Members Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
5. Draft Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 4th March 2026
To confirm the notes as a true record of the decisions made.
6. Councillor vacancies
To consider applications received for vacant seats on the council.
7.Clerks report and action points from the previous minutes
To receive the clerks report and deal with matters arising.
8. Finance
a. To receive the March Financial reports and updates.
b. To approve payments and receipts.
9. Planning
To receive and discuss new applications.
10. Vacant allotment plots
To decide on the rental of plot 11.
11. Marketplace planters
To receive a proposal to replace the wooden barrel planters.
To receive a proposal that the Magdalen School adopt planters to maintain.
12. Maintenance of Wainfleet Bank Cemetery
To receive a proposal to allow a volunteer to maintain the grounds at Wainfleet Bank Cemetery.
13. Container site
To receive a proposal to hedge around the container on the playing fields.

To discuss correspondence received
