No waiting & no loading at any time Order -
***Removal of Vehicles – Where any vehicle is left on any length of road specified in the Schedule in contravention of the provisions of this Order, a CPE, Police Constable in uniform, or a person authorised by the Traffic Authority may remove the vehicle, or arrange for its removal, to a safe parking place or a vehicle storage compound in accordance with regulations made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004***
