The Monthly Meeting of the Town Council will take place on Tuesday 4th April 2023 at 18:00 at the council offices, 50 High Street, Wainfleet All Saints. Councillors are hereby summonsed to attend. There will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public are welcome to view for the remainder of the meeting, with the exceptions of closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed.  Times are approximate.

An opportunity for the public to ask the Council questions and to bring new observations.

To receive and approve apologies for absence.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011.
Being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on the Members Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
 
5. Draft Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 2nd March, 2023
To confirm the notes as a true record of the decisions made at these meetings.

To receive the clerks report and deal with matters arising.

To receive reports from LCC and ELDC Cllr. Wendy Bowkett.
